Its surface is impeccably smooth and flat, free of any pits, while maintaining outstanding electrical stability even under high humidity conditions. The standard thickness tolerance ensures reliability, and it offers impressive high dielectric properties, surface leakage resistance, and arc resistance.While the 3240 material may have slightly lower vertical layer electrical strength and parallel layer voltage resistance compared to other glass epoxy materials, and a slightly increased water absorption rate, it makes up for this with its mature production technology. This advantage allows it to be produced at a highly competitive cost, making it an ideal choice for various low-voltage electrical applications.
